Welcome to WinPath. By creating an account or using winpath.org (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit (assessment answers, notes, profile data). You grant WinPath a limited license to host and process that content to operate the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

WinPath uses AI to generate guidance, summaries, and coaching responses. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or athletic-recruiting advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and content created by WinPath, is owned by WinPath and protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR ATHLETIC, ACADEMIC, OR CAREER OUTCOME.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WINPATH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of operation of WinPath, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
